Julie brings sixteen years of diverse real estate experience to her brand of client advocacy. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in government from the University of San Francisco, she was drawn to the real estate industry. She spent thirteen years in Relocation Management helping Fortune 500 companies relocate their corporate executives domestically and internationally. Julie managed the sale of transfering employees residences for corporations from listing to contract negotiation and closing. A short list of clients served includes IBM, Intel, Hewlett- Packard and Toyota. Exposure to real estate markets stretching from Alaska to Colorado helped her to cultivate creative marketing strategies and razor sharp negotiating skills.
Julie's relocation to the Sacramento area provided the perfect opportunity to invest her corporate real estate knowlege and experience for the benefit of individual clients. Responsive communication and advocacy are paramount to all of her business associations. It is her belief that her relationship with her clients extends beyond the single transaction to that of real estate advisor. Employing effective marketing strategies that include cutting edge technology, staging, professional photography and virtual 3D tours are some of the tools she utilizes.

Community involvement is also important to Julie. She enjoys volunteering her time for a number of causes that are meaningful to her. She has been a member of the Marketing Committee for the Placer County SPCA. Julie is a past President and Board Member of Blue Line Arts, a non-profit arts organization providing children's art education and world class art shows for the community. Julie is currently involved as a member of the Circle of Red with the American Heart Association of Sacramento.
