Julie Fielder - Lyon Real Estate

In 2006, I moved to the Sacramento area for a job opportunity. I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for most of my life. I love the quality of life here and only wish I had moved to this area sooner. I have one grown son who attended UC Davis and McGeorge School of Law and now practices law in the Sacramento area.

 

Prior to joining Lyon I worked as an Escrow Officer and Title Representative for four years and then transitioned into the real estate industry in relocation management industry. I worked for various relocation companies one of which was Home Equity, now Cartus. After 12 years as a Relocation Director managing the Western Region I became a business consultant in the health care industry. I have diverse experience in real estate as I worked with many Fortune 500 companies with their residential inventory in Alaska, Hawaii, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and Southern California. Working with each company allowed me to find creative ways to sell real estate and gave me a unique perspective to help my clients as a Realtor. I am able to think outside the box and really give my clients the opportunity to be successful in buying or selling. I enjoy being able to provide my clients with exceptional service and help guide them through this life changing decision.


Outside of real estate, I support organizations within the community and enjoy volunteering my time for various causes. I am a huge animal lover and have been on the marketing committee for Placer County SPCA. I also have four dogs of my own, who are better known as “The Girls.” Blue Line Arts is another passion of mine, where I have served as a past President and Board of Directors member. Blue Line Arts is a non-profit arts organization providing children's arts education. Currently I am working on the fundraising committee for Child Advocates of Placer County "friends of CASA" to raise funds and community awareness for its programs.
